Job summary

Baskin-Robbins franchise is hiring a Store Manager in Ruckersville, VA to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure quality service and cleanliness. You will recruit, develop and coach team members while upholding brand standards and profitability.

The role requires experience in food service, strong leadership, and hands-on engagement. Serve Safe certification is a plus. We offer competitive weekly pay, benefits, a monthly bonus up to 10% of salary, and employee meals.

Store Manager

As a General Manager you administer, direct and oversee the effective recruitment and development of your subordinates. The General Manager is directly responsible for ensuring the proper implementation and effective application of all operational standards of quality service & cleanliness. A General Manager will operate his/her restaurant in a cost effective manner by assisting in obtaining goals set forth by upper management. A General Manager must demonstrate sufficient application of knowledge and leadership, always remain engaged and in tune with customers and employees needs and drive towards the continuous improvement of overall store operations.
