Firestone Complete Auto Care in Somersworth, NH is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, including recruiting, coaching and developing teammates, merchandising and promotional activities.

You will drive store sales and customer satisfaction, manage payroll, budgets and records, schedule staff by skill level, and attend training to stay current in automotive retail. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in retail sales management.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and problem solving.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Ability to assist customers with sales and resolve issues to ensure loyalty.
• Strong teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Must have completed all current and required Firestone Complete Auto Care education courses & modules required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 year college degree or equivalent.
