Job summary

Molly Tea in Seattle is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service while driving strong business results.

You will manage opening/closing, scheduling, training, and performance coaching; monitor sales and inventory; execute promotions and launches; and resolve customer concerns in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and English/Chinese communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Store Manager experience in restaurant, tea beverage, coffee, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• English and Chinese communication skills preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
