Job summary

Molly Tea in Seattle is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service while driving strong business results.

You will manage opening/closing, scheduling, training, and performance coaching; monitor sales and inventory; execute promotions and launches; and resolve customer concerns in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and English/Chinese communication are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop store team members to improve performance.
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and other key metrics.
• Execute promotions, campaigns, new product launches, and initiatives.
