Semm Kipling Llc is seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our busy store in Colorado. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and implement operational processes that attract and retain guests.

Successful Store Managers lead by example and uphold the highest standards in customer service. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, coordinate promotions, and ensure smooth POS and inventory handling.

Qualifications

• Three years of previous retail management (Manager or Assistant Manager) experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience with proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
