You manage all aspects of daily operations, visual standards and make decisions that impact store performance and profitability. You are accountable for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses. You hire, lead and develop a high performing team of fashion loving Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
