Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead store operations in Missouri. You will oversee daily performance, sales, visual standards and team leadership, ensuring a high level of customer service and profitability. This is a full-time role requiring strong managerial skills.

You will hire and mentor Co-Managers and stylists, control payroll and expenses, and uphold Windsor’s brand standards while driving a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and achieving sales goals.
• Strong ability to develop staff and manage day-to-day store operations.
• Comfort with visual merchandising standards and loss prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by delivering sales plans, managing payroll and expenses, and monitoring shrink.
• Hire, coach and develop Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists to maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
