Job summary
Kebab Craft LLC in San Juan Capistrano, CA is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to support daily restaurant operations. Morning and afternoon shifts are required, and you must be able to work both shifts.
Responsibilities include taking and fulfilling orders, maintaining a clean work station, supervising delivery orders, assisting with catering events, inventory and schedule management, and helping with hiring and training.

Morning and afternoon shifts required
Must be able to work both shifts
Compensation: $22/hour + tips + monthly bonus
Total compensation ranges between $27-$32/hour

Day to day tasks include:
- Taking orders

- Refilling and clean work station
- Maintaining knowledge of all menu items
- Monitor all delivery orders
- Attending and preparing for all catering events
- Inventory Management
- Schedule Management
- Hiring and Training new employees
- Taking ownership in all tasks related to the restaurant
Successful employees will:

- Be kind, courteous, and excited when assisting our customers
- Be reliable and show up to shifts on time and ready for work
- Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Great verbal communication skills
