Urbane Cafe in California is hiring Sandwich & Salad Makers to craft gourmet sandwiches, fresh salads and bowls with pride and consistency. You will follow recipes, keep a clean station, and work with the team to move orders efficiently while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Build gourmet sandwiches, farm fresh salads and unique bowls with speed, consistency and care

What You Bring

• A love for food and a high standard for quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 35 lbs
• Reliability and a positive, team-first attitude
• Prior kitchen or food service experience a plus — but we'll train the right person!
