Store Manager

As a General Manager, you administer, direct, and oversee the effective recruitment and development of your team. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper implementation and application of all operational standards related to quality service and cleanliness. You will operate your restaurant in a cost-effective manner, helping to achieve goals set by upper management.

A successful General Manager demonstrates leadership, remains engaged with customer and employee needs, and continually seeks to improve overall store operations.
