Job Description

Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a retail team to bring the brand to life. They embody the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values, acting as brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer needs are the priority, building meaningful connections by uncovering customer needs and passionately educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions.

What you'll do in your role
  • Lead by example, helping customers continue their shopping journey across online, Customer Care, and in-store channels.
  • Explore individual needs and demonstrate the latest technology in-store.
  • Ensure store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions.
  • Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices, beyond basic plans.
  • Maintain store excellence and approach service with patience, honesty, and empathy.

Become proficient with digital tools to demonstrate:

  • Coverage and LTE network speed in customers’ neighborhoods.
  • Plans and services that enable unlimited connectivity and lifestyle enhancements.
  • Device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting techniques.

Complete training on store experience, systems, and resources. Build partnerships across channels to:

  • Own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
  • Identify and refer small business leads.
  • Develop strong peer relationships for collective success.
  • Provide a positive, engaging customer experience.
