Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail or grocery environments with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development.
• Knowledge of retail math, budgeting, merchandising, inventory control, pricing strategies, and sales management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on team management and organizational skills.
• Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail sales or grocery stores is preferred.
