Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Burlington, MA store leadership team. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, controllable expenses, and product presentation while upholding our service standards.

You will coach a team of Stylists, motivate performance, manage shrink, payroll, and customer experience, and ensure a respectful, energetic environment that aligns with our Oasis of style.

• Must be a key member of store leadership
