Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Hoover, AL store to join the store leadership team and support the Store Manager in driving our mission. You will help achieve store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses, while delivering a great customer experience.

You will coach and motivate a high performing team of Stylists and ensure a respectful, positive environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading store teams and coaching fashion-oriented Stylists.
• Ability to manage payroll, expenses and drive store productivity.

Responsibilities

• You are a key member of the store leadership team, supporting the Store Manager and driving sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.
• You coach and motivate a high performing team of Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
