Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Fargo, ND is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the store leadership team in driving sales, controlling payroll and expenses, and maintaining store standards.

You will coach a team of Stylists, work closely with the Store Manager, promote Windsor’s mission to empower women through fashion, and monitor stock levels, assist with visual merchandising, and shrink reduction.
