Position Overview

The Store Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. This role involves leading by example in customer service and sales, managing inventory, and maintaining store standards. The Store Manager will collaborate closely with the team to drive performance and uphold operational excellence. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience supporting a new store opening or merchandising setup.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• Additional certifications in retail operations or leadership are a plus.
• Ongoing professional development in retail or management encouraged.
