Merridian Home Furnishings in Louisville, KY is seeking an experienced Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations, hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and uphold the highest levels of guest service.

You will plan and execute sales, promotions, and events, manage POS data, and oversee inbound inventory. The ideal candidate has at least three years of retail management, proven leadership, and a bachelor’s degree in management or business administration.

Job Summary

Merridian Home Furnishings is seeking an experienced and professional Store Manager to join the team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and implement operational processes that attract and retain guests. Successful Store Managers lead by example and uphold the highest standards in customer service.
