Job summary

H&M in the United States is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to drive an outstanding customer experience and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic store environment.

You will guide styling conversations, ensure smooth store operations, and collaborate with leadership to maximize sales while delivering authentic, personalized service.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality with understanding of store operations and opening/closing procedures.
  • Customer-focused and enjoy engaging with people to deliver excellent service.
  • Genuine interest in products and ability to share enthusiasm with customers.
  • Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and customer requests.
  • Proactive and driven to take initiative and get things done.

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience through styling advice, product knowledge, and an engaging store environment.
  • Take responsibility for opening and closing procedures and support the management team.
  • Interpret sales data and collaborate with leadership to optimize store performance.
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to uphold exceptional service standards.
  • Oversee daily operations including delivery, replenishment, and floor coverage for efficiency and compliance.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying H&M values in every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering anexcellentcustomer experience through expert styling advice,goodproductknowledge, and an engaging store environment
  • Taking responsibility for store opening and closing procedures, while providing support to the wider management team as needed
  • Interpreting sales data and collaborating with store leadership tooptimizethe commercial performance ofthe store
  • Leading and inspiring a team of sales assistants to consistently uphold exceptional service standards
  • Overseeing day-to-day store operationssuch as delivery,replenishmentandshopfloorcoverto ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellence
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, embodying the company'svaluesand ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and meaningful
Qualifications

Additional Information
  • This is a Full Timeposition with a contract of 32 - 40hours a week.
  • Compensation:$23.56-$26.72
