Job summary

H&M in Chicago is seeking a Store Manager who will own store performance, drive sales, and create exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team and balance front-of-house energy with back-of-house efficiency to deliver operational excellence and a destination customers love.

Responsibilities include guiding staff to deliver personalized styling, analyzing sales data to boost performance, and overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and training for new team members.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Driving exceptional customer service by guiding the store team to deliver personalized styling advice, expert product knowledge, and a memorable in-store experience
  • Interpreting sales data to drive performance and taking ownership of the store's commercial success
  • Inspiring and leading a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to consistently exceed service and operational standards
  • Managing recruitment processes and ensuring effective onboarding and training for all new team members
  • Identifyinghigh-potential individuals and creating tailored development plans to support their career growth
  • Managing allaspectsof store operations-including compliance and visual merchandising-to ensure operational efficiency and upholdhigh standardsof excellence

  • Team Leadership:Proven ability to lead teams/ other leadersin fast-paced retail environments, consistently deliveringhigh standardsof customer service while driving sales and profitability
  • Eager to Learn: Open to feedback and actively seek out opportunities for personal and professional development.

  • Comfortable working varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Information
  • This is aFull Time position with a contract of40 hours a week.

Compensation: $74,841- $84,203

Please note this position is offered on a local contract, therefore you should have the legal right to work in the United States before applying.
