COS in Chicago is seeking a Store Manager to own store performance, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and sales staff to uphold luxury standards while optimizing operations.
Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, training, interpreting sales data, and maintaining visual merchandising and compliance. This local contract role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
As the Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of your store's performance, with a strong focus on creating exceptional customer experiences that drive both sales and profitability. Your leadership will be the heartbeat of the store-guiding, inspiring, and empowering your team to deliver operational excellence and outstanding service.

Compensation: $74,841- $84,203
