• Ensure exceptional merchandising, pricing, in-stock conditions, and promotions.
• Manage labor budgets and scheduling to support service and financial goals.
• Partner with zone leadership to implement strategic initiatives.

As the Store Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the store’s financial performance, customer satisfaction, food safety, and teammate engagement. This role requires a strategic leader who is passionate about people, committed to operational excellence, and focused on delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of store operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment.

• Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including sales, labor, shrink, inventory, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

• Ensure exceptional execution in merchandising, pricing, in-stock conditions, and promotional programs.
• Manage labor budgets and scheduling to support customer service while achieving financial objectives.
