Market 32/Price Chopper in New York State is hiring a Store Manager to lead one of our stores by building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding shopping experience to customers daily.

As Store Manager, you will own the store's financial performance, people development, food safety, and customer satisfaction, reporting to zone leadership and collaborating across departments to execute company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail leadership experience.
• Progressive retail management experience, including multi-department grocery leadership preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to develop talent and build high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of store operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment.
• Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store teammates.

• Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including sales, labor, shrink, inventory, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure exceptional execution in merchandising, pricing, in-stock conditions, and promotional programs.
• Manage labor budgets and scheduling to support customer service while achieving financial objectives.
