Job summary

Market 32/Price Chopper is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our stores by building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence. You will oversee financial performance, customer satisfaction, food safety, and teammate engagement.

As a strategic leader, you will manage labor budgets, execute merchandising strategies, and partner with zone leadership to achieve company goals while delivering outstanding results for our communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail leadership experience.
• Progressive retail management experience, including multi-department grocery leadership preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of store operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment.
• Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store teammates.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence through effective execution of company initiatives.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including sales, labor, shrink, inventory, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure exceptional execution in merchandising, pricing, in-stock conditions, and promotional programs.
• Manage labor budgets and scheduling to support customer service while achieving financial objectives.
• Partner with zone leadership to implement strategic initiatives and achieve company goals.
