Job summary

Market 32/Price Chopper in Saratoga County is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy grocery store, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through strong operations and financial stewardship.

You will supervise store operations, drive sales growth, optimize staffing, merchandising, and inventory, while coaching teammates and partnering with regional leaders to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail leadership experience.
• Progressive retail management experience, including multi-department grocery leadership preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to develop talent and build high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.

• Manage labor budgets and scheduling to support customer service while achieving financial objectives.
