Job summary

Market 32/Price Chopper is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive overall store performance in New York. You will own financial results, customer satisfaction, food safety, and teammate engagement while implementing company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail leadership experience.
• Progressive retail management experience, including multi-department grocery leadership preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to develop talent and build high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including sales, labor, shrink, inventory, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

• Ensure exceptional execution in merchandising, pricing, in-stock conditions, and promotional programs.
• Manage labor budgets and scheduling to support customer service while achieving financial objectives.
• Partner with zone leadership to implement strategic initiatives and achieve company goals.
