Job summary

EZCORP’s EZPAWN division is seeking a Store Manager in Houston to lead a team of 3 to 10+ Sales Associates, delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers. You will recruit, train, and coach team members, set schedules, and drive performance to meet targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year in a management role
• Bilingual abilities are a plus (optional)
