Job summary

EZPAWN is seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative in Houston to assist customers, process sales and pawn loans, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced setting.

Starting pay ranges from $11.00 to $15.00 per hour, with paid training, bonuses, and benefits. A career path from trainee to pawnbroker and future leadership roles is outlined in our program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Background check and drug test required.
