Job summary

EZPAWN is seeking a Store Leader in Durant, OK to guide a team of 3–10+ sales associates and drive outstanding customer service. You will negotiate pawn and sales agreements, recruit and develop staff, schedule shifts, and ensure pricing/markdowns align with guidelines.

Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of 3 to 10+ Sales Associates.
• Negotiate mutually satisfying pawn and sales agreements with customers.
• Recruiting, selecting and training Team Members; monitor and appraise performance.
• Schedule Team Members to meet store operations and targets.
• Ensure pricing and markdowns follow company guidelines.
