EZCORP Inc is seeking a Store Manager in Bellaire, TX to lead a 3–10+ member Sales Associates team, drive customer service excellence, and negotiate mutually beneficial pawn and sales agreements in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and mentoring, with strong emphasis on organization, communication, and prioritization to meet targets and deliver community-based service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports and profitability statements and provide recommendations and action plans.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members while monitoring and appraising their results.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to assist Team Members in achieving performance goals.
• Schedule and assign Team Members to ensure store operations.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
• Secure merchandise by implementing security measures and maintaining a safe, clean store environment.
• Comply with all legal requirements and enforce company policies.
