Job summary

Braum's in Coweta, OK is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations of the food service function, grocery market and fountain sales. The role requires strong leadership to coach the team and ensure a top customer experience and sales growth.

This position offers an excellent compensation package with a guaranteed bonus during initial weeks, a rotating schedule averaging 45 hours per week, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of running, managing and leading a retail store unit.
• Associates Degree or some college preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitors inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensures that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
• Teaching, coaching and providing leadership to the store crew members and ensures that unit goals are achieved.
• Provide an enhanced customer-centric culture that includes consistent guest service and food quality.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
