Job summary

Braum's in Coweta, OK is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations. You will coach the store crew, drive sales through customer satisfaction and food quality, and oversee food service, grocery, and fountain sales.

You will monitor inventory, equipment, safety, and cleanliness, while ensuring company policies are followed and standards met. The role requires 2 years in retail management, a valid driver's license, and being at least 21 years old, with a rotating 3-week schedule

Qualifications

Assistant Manager's role

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
