Braum's Inc. in El Reno, OK is hiring a General Manager to lead daily operations of our Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory and equipment, uphold store policies, and drive guest satisfaction to maximize sales. The role requires 3–5 years of store leadership, a 21+ age requirement with a valid driver license, and an associates degree or some college.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of running, managing and leading a retail store unit.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
