Braum's in Wellington, KS is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations across the food service, grocery market and fountain sales, ensuring excellent guest service and sales growth.

The role requires 3 years of management experience, a rotating schedule with about 45 hours per week, and adherence to store policies while coaching a store crew.

Compensation ranges from $67,500 to $75,500 annually with a guaranteed first 12 weeks bonus at maximum level, plus comprehensive benefits.

Shift: 10:00 am - 7:30 pm

Annual Compensation: $67,500 - $75,500

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
