Braum's is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain sales. You will lead daily operations, coach a store team, ensure policies are followed, and drive guest service and food quality to maximize sales.

Qualifications include 3–5 years of store leadership, strong communication, and a focus on team development. Position is on-site with a rotating schedule and a competitive compensation package.

• Oversees the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitors inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensures that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
• Teaching, coaching and providing leadership to the store crew members and ensures that unit goals are achieved.
• Provide an enhanced customer-centric culture that includes consistent guest service and food quality.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
