Burton is seeking a seasonal Keyholder for our pop-up in North Conway, NH. You will engage riders of all ages and backgrounds, help customers find what they seek, and contribute to a dynamic, high-energy team.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of Keyholder or sales experience, strong customer service, and a genuine passion for snowboarding and the local community. This is a role requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a specialty or sales-driven environment.
• Outgoing, social and enjoys engaging others.

The Breakdown

Burton is looking for social individuals to spread the stoke as part of our seasonal retail team at our new pop-up store in North Conway, NH. Our team is the Jake-blue thread that connects our brand to your community and the snowboarding community at large. Our Keyholders provide invaluable connections to our customers every day.

• Open & close the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
• Take an active role incoaching and developing Store Associates

• Assist your team in executing all daily retail operations to support a smooth functioning store

• Perform various store tasks including point of sale operation, shipping and receiving, stocking the floor, housekeeping duties and building visual displays as necessary

We’re excited about your qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Keyholder or sales lead experience or an equivalent role at a retail store is strongly desired
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably with a specialty or sales driven environment
• You are outgoing, social and enjoy engaging others
• You are of legal working age
• Able to effectively communicate with internal team members and external customers
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, go up and down stairs, reach, safely lift 50pounds, climb a ladder and stand for extended period of time without assistance
• Prior experience in customer facing roles such as retail, customer/guest service, or food and beverage industry a plus, but not required
