Job summary

val's services is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service for a profitable retail location.

You will lead staffing, conduct performance evaluations, manage opening/closing procedures, analyze reports to control expenses, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards while maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• Ability to interpret documents, perform basic math, and operate cash registers.
• Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, and safety practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 55 pounds in a fast-paced store.
• Note: bilingual skills may be preferred for some locations.
