Job summary

LAKE Weekend Wear, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Charleston to lead our on-floor team, drive sales, and uphold a hospitality-first shopping experience.

You will guide 6+ associates, manage store operations, scheduling, inventory, and brand presentation, while partnering with the Corporate Team to deliver consistent excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in retail leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of retail managerial experience.

• Genuinely enjoys selling in a retail environment through building relationships with clients and the team.

• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

You will…

• Create a curated environment: Meet and maintain visual standards inclusive of window displays, merchandise displays, and daily housekeeping duties.

• Conduct thoughtful analyses of the business that balances business analytics with client feedback and observations of the team to identify ways to continuously improve.

• Maintain a close partnership with the Corporate Team.
