LAKE Weekend Wear, LLC is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to guide customers through the LAKE shopping experience, share product knowledge, close sales and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities include daily stock maintenance, merchandising to brand standards, processing transactions, collaborating with the store team, representing the brand at events, and continually improving sales skills to embody the luxury LAKE experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch service with styling advice and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of LAKE collections, fabrics, and selling points.
• Meet and exceed sales targets via proactive selling, upselling and cross-selling.
• Keep store displays aligned with brand guidelines and best practices.
• Process transactions accurately (cash, credit, gift cards).
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold LAKE’s culture and goals.
• Represent the brand at events and strengthen client relationships.
• Continue developing sales skills and product knowledge.
• Uphold the luxury experience and act as brand ambassador.

About the role…

Seasonal Sales Associates are responsible for assisting customers throughout the LAKE shopping experience. You should interact with each customer with the goal of introducing the brand, answering product questions, closing the sale, and building a long-term client relationship. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for daily stock maintenance and for merchandising products in thoughtful, inspiring ways that are aesthetically aligned with the brand.

• Provide personalized, high-touch service, offering styling advice, listening to client needs, and tailoring recommendations, to create memorable client experiences that embody the LAKE brand.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the brand’s product offerings, including collections, fabrics, craftsmanship, and key selling points.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Assist Store Manager and Leads in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring products are displayed according to brand guidelines and best practices.
• Process transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and gift cards.
• Work closely with fellow sales associates and management to uphold LAKE’s cultural environment and contribute to team sales goals.
• Share product knowledge and best practices with colleagues, contributing to the overall development of the team.
• Participate in store events or client-related events as needed, representing the brand and enhancing client relationships.
• Continuously seek to improve personal sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-development.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand’s values and maintaining the integrity of the luxury experience.
