Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of retail managerial experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Superior coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to lead a team of 6+ employees.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Genuinely enjoys selling in a retail environment through building relationships with clients and the team.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and some holidays.
• Positive demeanor; leads with kindness and grace.
• Team player who works well with others.
• Actively gives/receives feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve sales goals by modeling, motivating, training, and mentoring a client-focused team.
• Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and development: Know how to find, train, inspire, and develop best-in-class talent.
• Write effective schedules: Ensure right people are in the right place at the right time.
• Manage daily operations of the retail store, including opening/closing, inventory, cleanliness, facilities, and ordering.
• Create a curated environment: Maintain visual standards including displays and housekeeping.
• Conduct analyses balancing analytics with client feedback to improve results.
• Maintain a close partnership with the Corporate Team.
