Job summary

LAKE Weekend Wear, LLC is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to welcome customers, introduce the LAKE brand, answer product questions, close sales, and build long-term client relationships.

You will maintain stock, merchandise with brand-aligned aesthetics, process transactions, and collaborate with the store team to uphold our luxury experience. Weekend and holiday availability is required. This role ends in January, offering a seasonal opportunity in Charleston, SC.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high‑touch service, offering styling advice and tailoring recommendations to create memorable client experiences.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, fabrics, craftsmanship, and key selling points.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Assist Store Manager and Leads in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and gift cards.
• Work closely with fellow sales associates and management to uphold LAKE’s cultural environment and contribute to team sales goals.
• Share product knowledge and best practices with colleagues, contributing to the overall development of the team.
• Participate in store events or client-related events as needed, representing the brand.
• Continuously seek to improve personal sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-development.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand’s values and maintaining the luxury experience.

About the role…

Seasonal Sales Associates are responsible for assisting customers throughout the LAKE shopping experience. You should interact with each customer with the goal of introducing the brand, answering product questions, closing the sale, and building a long-term client relationship. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for daily stock maintenance and for merchandising products in thoughtful, inspiring ways that are aesthetically aligned with the brand.
