Job summary

Truffles is seeking a high-energy Manager to oversee frontline operations, lead a team, and ensure total guest satisfaction in a fast-paced casual dining setting.

This role features a 5-day, 45-hour workweek with additional shifts prorated by salary, and a real bonus plan tied to sales increases and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced casual dining environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage guest expectations.
• Experience maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

We are seeking high energy, positive, friendly and self motivated individuals to work with us to help manage our teams. We work a 5 day 45 hour average week with additional shifts being pro-rated based on your salary. We have a real bonus plan based on sales increases and Profit After Controllable Expenses.
