Job summary

Truffles in Sea Pines, SC is seeking friendly and positive individuals to join our team as Waiter/Waitress. You will work in a team-driven environment to provide an exceptional dining experience, greeting and seating guests, offering menu recommendations, and upselling where appropriate.

Responsibilities include handling orders, following our alcohol policy (ID checks, no service to intoxicated guests), communicating allergies, delivering and bussing tables, and ensuring guests leave satisfied

We are looking for positive and friendly individuals that enjoy working with people in a team driven environment while making great money.

Some Responsibilities

• Follow our Alcohol Policy, which includes Checking ID's to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages, and never serving alcohol to anyone that shows visible signs of being intoxicated.
• Write all orders down using seat numbers.
• Communicate all guest allergy concerns to the manager on duty, expediter and kitchen team.
• Run food and beverage to your and your teammates tables
• Pre bus your and your teammates tables.
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
• Thank guests and escort them to the door whenever possible
• Thank them again and ask them to return
