Ontario Trillium Foundation in Ashaway, RI seeks a hands-on restaurant manager with Dunkin' experience to lead a fast-paced team and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. You will drive operations, scheduling, and staff development in a supportive environment.

We offer a competitive compensation package including $55,000-$65,000+ annually with a performance bonus, 401(k) match up to 4%, paid vacation, weekly pay, health insurance, sick time, holidays, and SNHU education benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior Dunkin' experience preferred; other fast food experience may be considered.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver quality guest experiences in a high-volume setting.
• Manage scheduling, training, and daily restaurant operations.
• Drive performance, safety, and compliance with brand standards.
