Job summary

Qualifications

• Ensure technicians are certified and performing quality work through training and coaching.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with performance incentives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence and engage a mobile workforce.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs, work at heights, and stand for extended periods.
