• Minimum 1 year: 1–2 years of retail management or supervision experience.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

• Lead by example through leadership development and WOW customer service.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and customers to drive store execution.
• Learn to manage and reconcile monthly P&L statements to improve store profitability.
• Support store operations, ensuring policies are followed and training processes are upheld.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to build a strong team.
• Oversee customer service activities and resolve issues proactively.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies.
