Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail management or supervision.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store team to deliver WOW! customer service.
• Communicate clearly with employees and customers to drive store execution.
• Learn to manage, analyze, and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations, ensure policy compliance, and uphold training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to build a strong team.
• Oversee customer service activities and resolve concerns proactively.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies to maximize success.
• Complete management skills training and learn key store operations and AutoZone culture.
