Qualifications

• Minimum six months of Store Management experience.
• Willing to work 45+ hours per week.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store and protect assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
• Drive profitability and meet store goals.
• Ensure compliance with FirstCash standards.
• Oversee loan qualification and buying processes.
• Communicate clearly with staff on objectives.
