Job summary

You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a team across merchandise and services, including jewelry and electronics. The position offers an hourly rate with commission opportunities and bonuses tied to store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months store management experience preferred
• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Excellent work ethic and strong business sense
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly
• Assist in training staff to meet FirstCash standards
• Open/close the store, count cash drawers, protect assets
• Supervise inventory, loans, merchandising, and store systems
• Improve profitability through goal setting and clear communication
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager
