You will promote a customer-centric environment, train staff, and work toward financial goals while adhering to asset protection and product knowledge standards. Commission and bonuses apply.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of store management experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Train staff to FirstCash standards and supervise daily operations.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store, count cash and protect assets.
• Manage loans, inventory, and store reporting to drive profitability.
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and store policies.
