The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor to drive daily store operations and lead a high‑performing team. You will shape customer experiences, manage employees, and push for sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching staff, ensuring exceptional service, overseeing inventory and merchandising, and supporting budget targets while maintaining health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a motivated team; set goals and provide ongoing feedback.
• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising, promotions, and targets.
• Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance; ensure health & safety compliance.
